Milk First is an iOS app for tracking pumped breast milk: pump sessions, storage inventory, expiry estimates, and planning. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Milk First is an informational tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Storage timelines are informational defaults based on publicly available guidance for healthy, full-term babies. You are responsible for decisions about feeding your child. Always follow your doctor, NICU team, or lactation consultant, especially for preterm, hospitalized, or ill babies. See the storage disclaimer.
Milk First Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($5.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan; prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Your tracking data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backups (for example, device backups or CSV exports). We are not liable for data loss resulting from device loss, deletion of the app, or iOS behavior.
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app. Don't rely on it as a safety-critical system.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on the information it displays.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
